The hotel provided equipped, clean rooms, and the general manager, Henia, was very thoughtful and friendly. I called her before arriving with my pet to ensure everything was okay. The location is near the beach, but noise echoed throughout the hotel, with loud apartment doors waking me up multiple times. The dining was fulfilling but limited in selection. Service was kind overall, with standout help from Malika who welcomed us warmly and bonded well with the children.
